Hang in there bud. Hour by hour. Minute by minute. I recommend Tara Brach’s podcast to hear a positive and soothing voice. Helped me in the depth of quarantine despair.

I didnt see this for two weeks, Im quite sorry. Whomever you are, thank you. I will look that up - could definitely use some of that. Also, hope you're doing well too. Sometimes the people that spread positivity don't get much back so I hope things are going well for you.
