One of the key ingredients to what we do is slow cook with wood like it used to be done in the old days. We take our time by smoking our meats which retains the flavor & juices. We use a variety of different types of wood for our process. Especially in an era where everything is prepared fast & quick, we arrive extra early to make this process happen because we take pride in what we do.
