30 Days of Yoga Hair
October means it's time for the 30-day challenge at my yoga studio. Modo yoga (aka Moksha in Canada) is a fantastic hot yoga place. I love hot yoga. To my hair, however, there is no greater torture. 30 days of sweaty yoga = 30 days of hair rebellion. No need for extra volume here! Ready. Sweat. FRIZZ!
