I’m always happy to know people share my humor about the things in life that are kinda sucky so we can laugh tougher, but there’s always guilt that I’m just adding fuel to the fire (which is why I am mostly inactive these days)
Yknow what fucking sucks? My sister is 12 yet I’m using her for thinspo cause she’s so pretty and healthy looking. SHES 12 AND LOOKS LIKE A KPOP IDOL. Fuck it, I guess I’m the only ugly child in the family🤡 I literally asked her about some ab exercises I could do (cuz haha I WANNA LOOK THIN LIKE HER) but yknow what she said? She was like “unnie, you should work on your legs and arms cuz your legs are fat your stomach is fine” 😭😭😭😭 I swear if there were any snacks I would’ve binged ~💐

i rlly need help staying on track, any tips on reminding oneself not to binge and stay in limit?- counting food without labels/had no choice gives me a headache lol T-T
I think small goals is a really good way to stay on track, as well as keeping a variety of food. Having an apple for lunch every single day will absolutely drive you insane, so definitely try to switch the food you are eating every once in a while. When I binge it’s often because I’m not satisfying a specific flavor I’m craving, like sweet/salty/spicy, so also pay attention to what your body naturally wants as well.
Also cheat days!!! I know people worry that having one day where you go over will absolutely ruin their goals but it won’t! I promise! Those days can be the difference between binging later in the week or not.
Anyways, I’m no expert, but I hoped I could help a little. Please stay safe, drink water, and if you feel like you need to, EAT. No one ever says that, but you’re better eating something small than dying.
