That doesn’t surprise me.
It's so not funny. I could have died, Diana. Okay, it was totally funny.

I really don't know what happened? I just -- the coffee pot just literally burst into flames.

Is it bad that I’m a little disappointed? Sort of. I mean, yeah, I was expecting some sort of stand off or I don’t know how circles battle, but…yeah. I know. I have no idea. All I know is that working with them is definitely not something I’m open to right now. Or like, ever.
I think it's time we have chat with them. All of us together in a very public place. Us just sitting around, waiting for the other shoe to drop, isn't going to cut it anymore. We really need to start thinking ahead. And now that we have Adam and Jake in town, we have a little more magic at our disposal. We know they won't let anything bad happen to us.

Maybe if I wasn’t dealing with a spell that I had to translate from Egyptian hieroglyphics then I wouldn’t be having an issue. Sandalwood won’t do a thing. Instead of spirit, try Celestial Being — little harder to call one of those to the dinner table.
Alright, well we're obviously done here. I was just trying to offer my help, not pick a fight with a washed up drunk who has no idea what she's doing. If you're trying to summon a celestial being, you might want to try using -- I don't know, a witch? There are some things humans can do and there are some that you just...can't. Anyways, my name is Cassie Balcoin-Blake. I'll be at the Grill if you decide to let go of your pride and accept a little help.
mercer-girl:
Seems like your life can be compared to a messy salad. No offense, of course. I still think weekends should be five days long.
A messy salad? I've gotta say, I've never heard that one before. Well there's something we agree on. Better yet, weekdays just shouldn't exist. I'm Cassie, by the way.
coldconant:
I—um. He passed away.
I’m glad to hear you’re doing okay, though, Cassie. I did see Diana. She mentioned you two have discovered some stuff here, but she didn’t give me any details.
Oh my god. Adam, I -- I'm so sorry. What happened?
Yea, we did discover quite a bit. This town is crawling with vampires, if you can even believe they're real. We also have a lead of the Blackwells. Well, we have all met, but the whole 'impending danger' thing doesn't really seem to be a real issue. They seem just as lost as we are.
coldconant:
I had some things to sort out. With…my dad’s place and everything. How have you been? How’s life here in Mystic Falls?
Isn't your dad there to look after it? I've been okay. Things have been a little stressful around here to say the least. Have you seen Diana yet?
mercer-girl:
I still remember being all thankful to God that it was Friday. How come the weekend goes by so fast? I’m not ready for another week.
Story of my life. Well, it used to be anyways. Now all of the days just seem to run together. It's a real mess. You're really not missing anything.

coldconant:
Since when do you not have any courage?
Hey, Cassie. Long time no see.
Adam, hi. What took you so long?
clairedavenport:
I think I already established that I’m working on accomplishing a specific summoning spell. Little bit above the normal pay grade as far as spells go, thus the complications.
Maybe if you knew what you were doing you wouldn't be having the issues. Good luck with whatever it is that you're doing now. Oh, and add some sandalwood. It appeals to spirits. -- If that's what you're trying to summon.
Well I guess things are finally starting to come together now. The only thing missing is the courage to carry this thing out. Come on, Cassie. Just figure it out.
dianawitchymeade:
I think, of all of the ones I’ve met, Andrew’s the one that’s more okay than he is creepy. I mean, aren’t we doing the same thing to them? Trying to figure out what they’re all about? It only makes sense that he’d dig into everything he can to figure us out too.
I guess, I just really don't know what to do anymore. I was half expecting a showdown or something, but they seem just as confused as we are. I just don't know if it's an act or if they're actually in the same boat as us.
dianawitchymeade:
You and I both. Okay, so a quick update: I’ve met all of the Balcoins. Well, there’s one missing but as far as I know, he’s hardly relevant. Now what?
Yea, me too. That Andrew guy gives me the creeps. He knew way more than he should, though it's not like he's any real threat or anything like that.
clairedavenport:
I know that some of them are a bitch to put together, namely this one.
Sounds like you need a witch. What exactly is it that you're trying to accomplish?
clairedavenport:
You have got to be kidding me. The whole point of a summoning spell is to actually summon something.
What do you know about summoning spells?
oldersalvatore:
What’s with all this ‘time is running out’ crap? Did I miss the e-vite to the end of the world?
You have no idea what you've missed. Damon, right?
