Hello, my good Sissies, today I am going to talk about something that caused me a lot of anxiety when choosing my first chastity cage. Finding the right size might be the most important aspect when choosing which cage to buy. In this post, I am going to share my experiences and some useful tips and tricks (This is not medical advice.)
Most guides about chastity often jump straight into measurement. I believe it’s more sensible and enjoyable to start by choosing a chastity cage that catches your eye. Browse online to see what types are available in your area. I recommend focusing on cages that have a system or platform, like the Holy Trainer or CB-X cages. These brands are well-known, and you can find many reviews and experience reports online. This will make it easier to determine which model and size you'll need. Also, once you’re familiar with a cage system, you can easily swap parts and make size adjustments if you need to go down in size later.
After finding the cage of your dreams, it’s time to determine the size you need. You need two measurements:
Flaccid length of your clitty
Circumference at the base of your clitty and scrotum
Flaccid Length for the Cage
To measure the flaccid length, try measuring once in the morning or evening and once after showering. You’ll be surprised by how much your measurements can vary. But don’t worry, the length is definitely the less important of the two measurements, as there’s more flexibility. Most sources recommend choosing a size that lets your clitty slightly touch the end of the cage. I personally think this is too big. When you shower and your clitty contracts, it can create a gap between your clitty and the cage. So, if you’re torn between two sizes, I’d choose the smaller one. I really love the snug feeling of compressing my clitty a little. I also found that a smaller cage reduces erections. My advice is to measure yourself, check the manufacturer’s size guide, and then pick a size smaller than recommended. You can also read online reviews from others to get a sense of the right size for a specific model.
Circumference Measurement for the Ring
Finding the right size for the ring of the chastity cage is the most important step. If it’s too loose, you’ll slip out, and the cage could fall off; if it’s too tight, you might restrict blood flow and risk health issues. Therefore, it’s essential to find the perfect size and know what to watch for when wearing your cage for the first time. I found the best way to determine your ring size is the official measuring guide from Holy Trainer.
Take a 30 cm (12 inches) long string and place it around your scrotum and penis. Remember not to use an elastic string, as this would alter the measurements.
Make a double knot: the string should be tight enough to make it difficult for you to slip a finger under it, yet not so strong as to cut off the blood flow. Leave the string on for 5 minutes.
To make sure it is the right diameter. Cut the string with a pair of scissors, taking care not to hurt yourself while doing so.
Measure the length of the string and consult the following chart to see which one is the right diameter for you.
What to do when you wear your cage for the first time?
The time has finally come: you’ve made your decision, and your cage is in your mailbox! Here’s what you should do when you get your cage. The first thing I recommend is reading the user manual. Diving straight in is for real men. A sissy like you should read the manual first. You’ll find helpful information to get started and become familiar with your cage.
After reading the manual, it’s time to try on the cage. I remember the first few times I tried it, I was so excited that I got hard and couldn’t get it on. If that happens, don’t worry! Just wait a few minutes, watch some YouTube, and try again.
Here's how to slip it on:
Place the ring under your balls. Gently pull one ball through, then the other.
Pull the rest of your scrotum through, then guide your flaccid clitty through the ring.
Slide the ring to the base of your clitty and scrotum. Ensure it's snug but comfy. I like mine tight, like a perfect belt, with no extra room (make sure the ring does not press or pinch). Some guides suggest space for one finger, but I find that too loose. If it feels too tight or pinches, go up a size for safety.
Apply lube to your clitty and the cage's interior for easy sliding. Guide your clitty into the cage until it reaches the end.
Lock it up, congrats, you're a locked sissy no!
After securing the ring, I recommend to get some lube on your clitty and inside the case of the cage. This will make sure that your clitty moves easily through the cage until the end. Take your clitty and put the case over it. Guide your clitty in and move the case unitl the end. Now all that is left to do is to lock it. Well done! You are a true sissy. Now it is time to admire your small locked up clitty. For first time weares, I recommend to wear it only for 30 min to get a feeling. If everything is okay, you can wear it for 1h, 2h etc. until you can go for an entire day.
