was feeling chill making birthday presents and on facebook looking for photos for them and then one of my work friends posted this on facebook and its making me feel all shitty and anxious and horrible. I don’t know who to talk about this with without looking like a drama queen but it feels like a punch in the stomach.

HOW WILL I EVER MOVE OUT? Where I live now with my parents, a town in Buckinghamshire, the average studio flat on the market is £150000!!!!!!!! In Nottingham city centre there are some gorgeous flats, some with 2 beds, that are £45000! I can't handle this information!!!!!! Also the cheapest studio flat to rent is £550pcm with out bills. and even if i split that w my boyfriend i would only just be able to afford living and running my car. Let alone save for my own place in the future.

I don’t think I can be friends with a lot of my friends anymore. because I feel shitty when I spend with them and then the aftermath is shitty. I will probably just drift away it has been very easy so far it won’t take long now, and maybe it will make me feel better. maybe my friends are a trigger for certain delusions/paranoid thoughts. so they can’t really count as friends then. this is a hard one and I’m wide awake and I feel sad and buzzy.
