I don't really have a motto, but just small statements which help me existing at times, so to speak. One is "It is what it is", which sounds so negative at first but it helps me get through stressful times since I know I can't change it and it will pass.

Another one is "It's all about balance in life", which was said by Richard once, and for me it contains the calming concept of "hey, sometimes things are good, sometimes things are bad, but everything will fall into balance eventually".

And honestly, a quote I just love because it's funny and true is this one by Stephen Fry (whom I very much adore):
