Why u should leave the Sleepykinq! Amino
HEY GUYS before I start all of this I wanna start off with the fact that I do not encourage turning things into drama, harassment, whiteknights, etc. I am not sending people to attack anyone and I will be severely disappointed in whoever attacks others in my name or defense. If drama starts, I’m stayin outta it because making people upset is not what I’m making this post for, it’s rather… the opposite
I do not associate, support, or take any sort of control over the “Sleepykinq! Amino”
The “Sleepykinq! Amino” is the biggest Amino dedicated to me, and the reason why I’m making this post is … that I’m really ashamed and embarrassed that such an overly toxic place, with mods that do not care about you, has to be the Amino with my name that people join the most
I tried to confront the mods about this in hope they’d listen, but I’ve been mostly met with them making fun of me and the situation so HUH. I doubt this place will be improving, or at least, not anytime soon. I’m not offended, nor I’m surprised, however, I can see how this place and ways can actually hurt individuals or put them in a toxic state of mind, I had already left the Amino about a year ago or so because it was so frustrating, about a year later, I spent a few hours in the Amino again to do some research (due to several complaints from people that have been hurt or are concerned about people getting hurt), and only in a few hours it managed to frustrate me even more because how poor the moderation is and how many users are and used to be active in this Amino
What would I suggest to do then? WELL that’s really easy actually. I’d just suggest leaving cuz the mods don’t seem to care about making it better and never will, don’t try to reason with them, it’s a waste of time, don’t bother putting the weight on yourself in an attempt to be The Savior Of The Sleepykinq! Amino … they will just laugh at your attempts, pal
In the following link, there’s a folder of some of the proof I could gather from personal research and other people, there’s definitely more, but I feel as this is enough to prove my point. All the names are blurred out because I do not encourage attacking the mods, despite how immaturely I think they are handling the situation, I feel like trying to get in contact with them, whether positively or negatively, only fuels them - so please just ignore them and let them grow up at their own peace, they eventually will. YES they will be making fun of this and I acknowledge it beforehand, I encourage ignoring that too
