Let’s talk about the Void State! 🌌 I wanted to make this post to share my personal history with it, because why not:
✦ 𝖬𝗒 𝖥𝗂𝗋𝗌𝗍 𝖥𝗎𝗅𝗅 𝖤𝗇𝗍𝗋𝗒: I actually fully entered the void a while ago maybe 2022 without fully realizing *what* it was at the time like yeah I did an attempt for it without knowing what it would look like being there! Looking back I literally get out of it by myself saying I want to be sleep and went to sleep, dumbest decision I’ve ever made, but it was the most profound experience of pure awareness.
✦ 𝖨𝗇-𝖺𝗇𝖽-𝖮𝗎𝗍 𝖤𝗑𝗉𝖾𝗋𝗂𝖾𝗇𝖼𝖾𝗌: There have been so many other times where I’ve been floating in and out of the void. Or times when during the attempts I won’t realize that im in the void and will remember once im out of it.
✦ 𝖬𝗒 𝖢𝗎𝗋𝗋𝖾𝗇𝗍 𝖬𝖾𝗍𝗁𝗈𝖽: Right now, I am loving yoga nidra paired with whatever im in the mood for at the moment maybe alpha waves, a sub or nothing after.
