It’s all dark. As it had been for however long she was dead for. Was she even alive beforehand? The pink haired dessert did not know. All she knew was that someone liked her enough to make her live again, which was strange. Who even knew she existed? The room was empty yet full. It was too loud. She didn’t know, her mind was messed like static electricity.
She was scared, and all she felt was fear and the lingering sense of unease. There was no one there. She didn’t matter. She didn’t exist to anyone. It’s so empty...
She can hear things footsteps and people, yet when she looks around there is no one but herself and the four walls surrounding her, watching. Touching the dull, fuzzy floor with her hand, she starts to think about what has happened, but everything has blurred together.A smile creeped across her face for the first time in years, revealing sharp, pointy teeth. “... I’m alive. I am me but I’m dead? No, you’re not dead dead, silly!” Her voice pieced the nothingness that surrounded her. And she laughed a hollow laugh. A laugh to get the memories away, they hurt so, so much...
Footsteps again. Not in her head. Real, actual footsteps. The smile that was stretched across her face dropped suddenly. Leaning towards the sound, she muttered to herself “They have not noticed me, i’m dead...” Shaking, scared, fear running through her. She subconsciously clung onto this new sensation. “I’m dead though... I don’t want to die again!”
A boy no more than 17 years old looked at the pink dessert crouching on the floor and muttering to herself. Weird, he hasn’t seen her around before... He arranged his small hat so it perched in the side of his soft, pale hair. “Miss? Are you alright? Do you need any he-” As he talked, he felt he recognized the dessert...Yes, he does! Olivia had come back after all these years, he’s found her, there must be a force guiding them together to have such fortuitous luck! “O-Olivia?! Is that you?!” Something was not right.Charlie knew that, even through his blinding sheet of joy.
She did not like this boy. Happy, smiley, helpful. He knew. He knew the things he shouldn’t. He makes everything hurt! He existed like he did before. No..., no, no. No no no no NO NO! Her brain is fuzzy, it hurts! It hurts so much! He has to be gone, get rid of him!
The boy gingerly took a step forward. This was not the same dessert he knew 12 years ago. The girl he was looking at was scared, broken and confused. Not the girl that was soft, funny and kind. She is sharp at the edges, unpolished.This is just wrong. As he looked around, he saw blood. Her blood. How could she not know she’s bleeding?! He had to help, she needs it more than anyone he knew! ‘I’m sure she’s just confused after being asleep so long, so I should help! No matter how scary and... different she looks!’ She never died. He refused to believe that.
No. No, he was steeping closer with his painful words! Get him away, get him away! I don’t matter, Getaway! As she stumbled to her feet, she growled at Charlie with a hint of fear. “I...am.. not called... Olivia!” The name left a sour taste in her mouth and stung. Olivia is dead, she- Whatever she is - is not! Doubt was still filling her up and before she knew it she gripped the boy’s throat with murderous intent.
Everything has always been a blur.
“P-please...Stop!” Tears ran down his face, it was too much. “It hurts, please stop!” Fainter. Fainter. He was getting fainter as she got brighter, finding herself.
She could see the fear in his eyes, they bored into her, through her.
She could feel herself, she was anchored to him. She was real.
She was the most important thing to him, she was his one-and-only, once in a lifetime event -death.
She was his best-friend.
As his limp body fell down to the floor, a grin spread across her face once more. A manic, gleeful grin which reminded her she was very much real, and very much alive. It was all real to her now, it all made sense! It was still blurry, but it wasn’t so deafening! Her eyes darted around looking for nothing yet something, he would return if she didn’t take action now, and it wouldn’t be fair! You can’t come back after dieing, of course! A faint memory flickered at the back of her head, beating out her instinct. She knew where his recipe was kept, she still remembered! “It hasn’t changed as much as I thought!” Someone was laughing, was it her? Manic laughter echoed around, and she realized it was her! Life is just so funny, isn’t it? Life appears exactly where you don’t expect it, or even want it, and it’s hilarious!

A girl sits in a room, with her head between her knees and blood around her mouth. There is charred paper on the floor next to her. She is all alone, nameless and empty. She killed her friend, her one and only friend.
“I know who I am...”
Smiling, she tilts her head towards the blank wall, she cries without realizing. Small tears roll down her face, smearing the blood and dropping onto the floor.
“I’m a fucking monster, that’s what. I am a bad child.”
