Maybe she thought you wouldn't like to be one? It is a lot of work and pressure maybe she wants you to just be able to be a normal guest and enjoy the wedding without the pressure of performing in it

this is true!! i do have social anxiety, so I’m thinking maybe that might be a reason she thought it would be nice to not be one??

it’s hard to not take it personally, but it also will be good not to have to spend too much money

im just lowkey sad i wasnt chosen to be a bridesmaid for my friend’s wedding even though i know she has so many friends
