When MUSE A was born his parents were very young, the two met while travelling Europe and neither planned to have children within the next five years. Desperate and irresponsible, his parents left him in the care of his grandparents on his mother’s side. His parents never married, and live separate lives in other cities, but they send him letters frequently and visit on holidays.
MUSE A loves his grandparents very much, they were always loving and supportive towards him and he tried to be helpful in return. He used to help his grandfather in the family autoshop and his grandmother prepare meals. The family was perfectly happy despite the lack of Ben’s parents.
Throughout grade school MUSE A did well, he was obedient and perceptive. This talent for listening and comprehending eventually turned into stellar grades. He was teachers pet in every class and while he struggled in English, he excelled at mathematics. His favorite hobby is inventing, or at least that’s what he calls it, it’s really more tinkering than anything else. He likes to build machine’s and helpful knickknacks out of household objects. He also loves to cook and has memorized most of his grandmother’s recipes, but he keeps quiet about it.
By the time MUSE A turned fifteen the family began to run low on money as his grandfather’s health grew worse. Without enough money to both send MUSE A to a school worthy of his talent and allow his grandfather to retire the family had to make a choice. MUSE A insisted that his grandfather retire, but did not give up hope for his education. He achieved grades good enough to win a scholarship to Amun Academic Boarding School.
MUSE A has attended Amun Academic Boarding School for two years now.
