This one was for a youtube video with the creative hub and designer Dreadlabs. Dreadlabs reached out to me and asked me if I was interested in doing a piece for a video type speedthrough, where I showcased my design process and talked over it for a bit. The brief for the video was about 3 designers that Dreadlabs chose to create something with the same concept. Our concept was recreating the legendary album of “Currents” from psychadelic post-rock band Tame Impala. This proved to be more difficult than I have imagined as this album holds so much weight and it’s original design is so perfect that it’s hard to create something that competes with it. Unfortunately, I didn’t go full on out on my style but fortunately, I created a differnt style and was happy with how it looked in the personal made mockup.
