❛ it truly isn’t. it’s one of those things that makes me cringe if i’ve not got a name in a case… ❜
she wonders if maybe talking a little more level-headed and hunter will help. part of her worries that it might be a wrong move, but at the same time, it’s a risk she has to take. though, in hearing that he trusts her for the moment, that’s a good sign. now she just has to make sure that she doesn’t screw it up and lose that trust. levi’s fully aware of how fragile a thread of trust can be, and the last thing she needs is new enemies. a momentary pause is held, before she opts to speak again.
❛ i will do my best to not betray that trust. i’m not the biggest fan of making enemies. ❜
she hears that paranoia in his tone and feels bad for him; is there anything i can do to help? and while it’s not likely, she can still make the offer to help him along if he has somewhere to go, or just needs a reason to ignore that paranoia for a little bit. after all, two walking along together, is far better than one in combating paranoia. to a degree, she understands that pressure – it’s likely similar to the pressure she feels when she gets trapped in spaces with large crowds. it’s suffocating, in a way.
❛ i think it’s still something you can handle, truthfully. it might take a little more effort, but it can be done. if you’d like, i can walk with you for a while, and see if maybe that helps out too? it’s your call, honestly. i don’t want you to feel like you have to say yes. ❜

❛ 'd say that almost everyone aren’t a big fan of makin’ enemies. ❜
a small shrug of his shoulders and he’s letting his eyes survey the area as the feeling of being watched began to wash over him, expecting to see something staring back at him from the shadows with the intention to strike him down and kill him. there are times when dean still wonders if being back on earth is just his imagination, that he’s still in purgatory fighting for his own survival kill or be killed, that seemed to be the only rule to exist there.
❛ th’ offer is nice, but ‘m pretty sure ‘m gonna head back t’ m’ motel room ... rest for a bit, if i can. ‘ve spent enough time outside already and i don’t want t’ stress myself out. ❜
