Why could a female Master not be called ‘The Master’? What’s Moffat intending on calling the Doctor if he ever regenerated into a woman? The Nurse?

not to start a whole storm of hate at me, but I'm pretty sure that the changing of the name of the Master was for a plot twist so you didn't know it was the master from the start... I know my jaw dropped when she said that's who she was so I'm pretty sure it was for effect.  Also, please stop reading into everything that happens on the show as being sexist.  It's really not.  I was actually quite pleased to see that they had a time lord be a woman since that's what everyone's been wanting for a very long time and now we have it and you guys are still not happy with it? the show is progressing a lot and clara's character alongside other female characters are becoming increasingly powerful which is truly wonderful, so how about complimenting something about a show that you clearly watch for pleasure and love instead of critiquing it all time for the littlest things that don't seem to have much basis in reality other than that you see what you want to see. Don't ruin something that's been wonderful by reading too much into it.  You can find fault in anything if you look for it, but I think this was the opposite, I think it was a victory, the timelady victorious!
