I'm in the healthcare setting trying to set an example for what health truly means. Health is a holistic state of being that promotes putting healthy natural things into your body, and expending that large amount of energy by giving something beautiful back to your environment. It means putting an abundance of fruit and vegetables in so you can run, explore, research, recycle, adopt- do whatever your heart desires that makes your surrounding better than when you found it. 

Now that is healthcare.

This is my sweet baby Arthur. I follow my local animal clinic's Facebook posts and they featured him. When I first saw him, he had been shaved like a lion. Someone threw him into a river and left him for dead. Luckily, a passerby picked him out and brought him to the clinic. His long fur was so matted it had to be shaved. Now his beautiful coat is growing in. He is truly my best friend. We are always within arms reach of each other. It's an amazing thing to be totally responsible for the love and care taking of another being. It is not a light responsibility. Please only adopt an animal if you are willing to give them your whole heart and the care they need and deserve.
