I’m getting this shit together right now. So this is my plan/daily regimen from now on:
~•~ 1000 calories MAX. If you know you’re having dinner later, you better not eat lunch or breakfast.
~•~ Wash your hair every 2-3 days, don’t you dare wash it everyday, it’ll dry out your hair.
~•~ You are going to take care of your face and body. You will moisturize, brush your teeth 2x a day, drink water, and clean yourself up everyday. NO EXCEPTIONS. I don’t care if you woke up at 2. You. Will. Do. This.
~•~ Are you hungry? Better buy some gum and chew it or inhale some fucking water. You will not snack anymore.
~•~ If you’re tired. Go to sleep. Do not force yourself to stay up.
Hey guys, it’s been a long long while and I have some bad news.
I’ve gained 70 pounds. I’ve never felt worse in my life, so I’m starting over, I need to be thin again.
So we all see how 7,000 jumping jacks burns 3,500 calories, but, we don’t see how to do that many in one day. I’ve figured it out.
For 18 hours, every 15 minutes, do 100 jumping jacks. Your total amount will equal about 7,300

I think I'm about to fall back into my ed shit
It’s been about 6 months and I’ve went to 107 to 128LB since then. I’m disgusted by myself, I used to see my bones but now I see my rolls. My waist was 26 inches and now it’s 28. I have to do something, I have to stop eating again.
what i want for myself ♡
- getting out of bed and not hating the way it creaks with my weight
- walking and not hating the weight of my arms at my sides, the way my thighs rub together
- looking someone in the eye and being unafraid of what they see
- interlacing my fingers and crossing my legs easily
- not worry about my double chin whenever I yawn or lean forward
- eat in public without worrying that people are thinking “no wonder she’s fat”
- be confident enough to wear short sleeves and shorts
- be able to fit in my old clothes
- learn to like clothes shopping again
- not be humiliated when p.e. class does bmi
- hear “you’re beautiful” and believe it
- stop hating mirrors
- stop hating myself (maybe not love, but it’s enough for me)

My 2020 skinny rules
My goal weight is 150 right now. If I lose 1 pound a week, (i plan to lose more but this is what they suggest) that means Ill lose four pounds a month. 12 months=48lbs, which will put me at about 140lbs. I will make it to this number. Here are my rules.
in the morning weigh yourself before eating/drinking
Eat light breakfast
Skip at least one meal a day
after lunch or second meal, weigh self
always drink one cup of water before and after meals
no more than 700 cals weekdays, 900 weekends
green tea every day
fast for three days at least
do not drink your calories
When you want to binge, write down your binge foods and how you would feel afterwards if you ate it.
Exercise at least 3 times a week (not on the days you fast)
No sweets, regardless of calories
Make meals mostly protein, fruit, and veggies
Drink water constantly
Dont talk about weightloss with anyone
No eating from 8pm-8am (daily 12 hour fast)

I have been in a binge eating state for the past 3 WEEKS and it’s so hard to stop!

Little ass banana pancakes for 140 cals
Hey! Do you have an eating disorder? Does the idea of eating more than 200 calories in one sitting make you wanna vomit?
Do you like pancakes and bananas? Can you not eat eggs, or do you hate the taste of those OTHER banana pancakes - you know the ones - the shitty scrambled banana egg ones?
Congratulations, because these little ass banana pancakes are vegan friendly and don’t taste like a weird eggy banana mess! I literally made this recipe because I tried that other recipe and hated it SO MUCH that I had to roast it publicly.
These little ass banana pancakes are super hard to flip but trust me, they actually taste pretty good. And they’re only 140 calories!
You will need:
half of a small ripe banana (45 calories)
3 tbsp of almond milk (6 calories)
1/4 tsp of vanilla extract (4 calories)
3 tbsp of flour (84 calories)
1/2 tsp of baking powder (1 calorie)
- Cut your banana in half and peel it. The riper, the better! Ripe bananas are best for cooking, especially baking. Use one half, save the other either as a topping, or just for later.
- Put your banana in a bowl and microwave it for about 15 seconds to make it soft, and then mash it as finely as you wish. Add your milk and vanilla extract and mix until combined.
- In a separate bowl, combine your flour and baking powder. Add the wet ingredients to the dry, stirring until just combined - don’t over-mix! Let the batter sit for like 5 minutes, it’ll help the pancakes get fluffy (do this for regular pancakes too, not just these weird modified ones).
- Heat your skillet. Use non-stick butter spray to stop the pancakes from sticking. Drop 2 tbsp of batter onto the hot, greased skillet. I don’t recommend doing any more than that because they’re hard to flip.
- After about a minute, check the bottom of the pancake by gently lifting an edge up with the end of a butter knife.
- If the pancake is browned to your liking, here’s the best method I found for flipping: gently work the butter knife under the edge of the pancake. Use the butter knife to lift, and sneak the edge of your spatula underneath the lifted edge. Shake the spatula quickly back and forth until you’re able to slip it under a majority of the pancake, and then flip very fast. It’s an art form. The pancakes will still taste good even if you ruin them.
- Cook for another minute and transfer to a plate. I was only able to get 3 little ass pancakes out of this recipe, but I also have anorexia, so it wasn’t like I was hoping for 10.
I serve mine with a tbsp of whipped cream! The banana makes them sweet enough for me not to need syrup. These are super good for cravings!

It’s preferable to drink tea when you have eaten something. I like pairing my mint tea with something like apples. I drink my tea always during my daily 16 hour fast, or whenever I feel like. Please eat something. This is not a solution for not eating and being unhealthy.
