Taken a couple of years ago at 56 years of age. More interested now in becoming leaner and aesthetically looking. I try to give credit/ name of persons in image if I can find it. I believe everyone is great in their own way and beautiful bodies come in all colors, shapes, genders, and sizes. If it seems that I post a lot of fit people, it’ just meant as a motivational factor for me.
