Selfshipping sometimes feels like this

fixating on a new game and wanting to create a self insert oc for it only to end up not being able to come up with original oc lore is one of the biggest pains of my life

#i just cant write stories in general #i thought i finally came up with lore for my self insert #turns out it was just a mix of the plot of a fanfic i really liked and the backstory of another character from the same game #bits and pieces is all i can come up with for a character #even that i can only do after they have established lore #help me man #i cant keep living like this
