Fashionista Shion is canon. He's gonna need some pointers tho because that outfit of his is a hot mess. Maybe that's the point, it's different and reflects his own personality. Maybe Shion likes dressing up in clashing colors and Y2K teen and hipster fashion to break away from his old image of a nerdy honor student (as stated in Animage: Shion is a high-achieving honor student with a background in research). I'd like to see more of his outfits if they'll ever be shown; the other troopers probably wouldn't "get" them tho.
