The Truth Is...

I don’t like to compete. I like to stay low key because I hate that feeling of people seeing me as their competition. I also hate how I engage in that competition; I provoke it sometimes because I want to prove that I’m something of value. I really dislike this part of me. I choose to keep it low key because that’s actually who I am and I hate having to keep up with other people. I don’t want a ton of followers, I don’t need people constantly validating me on what I already know to be true about myself. What I want is to be a good person. A beautiful person, inside and out. I want my flaws to be seen and be seen as beautiful, because imperfections can be beautiful. I need the people I care for to know that I am here for them. I want to live a successful, full, healthy, long life. I want to ooze sexiness, security, beauty, sophistication, compassion, strength, wisdom, all without making someone feel like I’m pitting myself against them. I don’t have the energy to compete with anyone. I am in my own lane, doing my own thing. I have NO energy to compete with others. See me for who I am or leave me the fuck alone.
