Abort Mission || Tris, Jason and Elise.
Tris’ gaze moved to the brunette as she tried to find a good answer. She knew it could be a trap, she knew it was a suicidal mission—but what in those times wasn’t one? Just for being alive, she was risking her life. Everything she did on a daily basis could cause her death. Unfortunately, this was how this new world worked.
"It can be a trap, but it can be true too. I won’t risk letting someone die because there’s a possibility that it’s a trap," Tris replied. "If you two could just come with me, maybe this wouldn’t be that much of a suicidal mission."
What if that was his mother or his sister trapped in the house infested with monsters? What if she carried his new brother or sister or nephew or niece? His stomach twitched around at the thought.
"We’re coming for sure," Jason stepped over the brush and into the street, motioning for Elise to join him. "It’s a woman and her children, one unborn. We can’t just leave them, even if it its a trap. Just show us the way and we’ll follow." He casted a meaningful look to Elise and began to walk.
"I’m Jason, by the way. That’s Elise," he nodded to his side. "Who are you?"
Elise freed her crowbar from her belt as she walked behind Jason. This whole party didn't sound too good to her. What if one of them got bit or hurt? How would they explain to the others what happened? The Governor would sure quick them out if not kill, if he found out what both of them were doing all this time. It was betrayal after all. Well, maybe they wouldn't have to worry about it. Because they would die anyway, she was sure of that. Of course, she could go back to the camp and be a pussy, but that wasn't how good ole' Ellie dealt with things. A part of her really wanted an adrenaline kick. The woman with the child, didn't cross her mind much. That was because she was almost hundert per cent sure they weren't real. She gave a quick nod to the stranger as Jason introduced her. Something in Elise really wanted to tell him that she could very well speak for herself. Then, on the other side, she didn't want to speak with him at all.
