Students used problem solving, conversations and excitement, lead to discussions about setting the models up under the water and how this would change the functionality of the water generator (with spoons)
This activity was also using Robin Morrison’s pictures. I had blown them up and we had a great discussion about adding in the emotions of how people felt about the dam. The children then wrote mock letters to Mr Muldoon pretending to be someone who had issue with the dam development.
