Hey guys,

Thanks for the love on my last blog post! I went through a little drought writing this blog but now I’m back in the swing of it! I posted these pictures on my Instagram a little while ago and a lot of people asked me about my lip combo so since we’re all friends here let me give you the details.

To create this lip look I start off using the Iconic Nude Lip Cheat (lip liner) from Charlotte Tilbury. I have been obsessed with their lip liners for years because they are so long wearing and this particular shade is a gorgeous nude tone. For the lipstick itself I have been obsessed with the Kylie Cosmetics Matte Lip Crayons. I have used the shade Hits Different, £17.00 which is a gorgeous warm toned nude. They are the perfect matte lip option if you aren’t a fan of a liquid lip formula. I used to be a liquid lip girly and still have so many lip kits but these days I’m loving a more creamy less drying formula. Since I used a matte lip formula to create the pigment I then topped the lipstick with the Clinique Lip Oil in the shade Black Honey to add some shine and hydrate my lips even more.

This has been my go to lip combo this week and I've had so many compliments from everyone so thank you for those and hopefully this post gives you all the info you needed. As always all products mentioned are linked above,

Hi guys,

Recently I was given some makeup treats from someone very special to me (thanks babe!) and I finally got to try a product from Nudestix!

I have wanted to try a NudeStix blush for so long but for some reason just never got round to it but now I have a mini Rosy Posy shade to try. This shade is a stunning rose tone pink which is such a good shade for my complexion.

I know some people aren't a fan of stick applicators but personally I think they're great product to throw in your handbag and apply on the go. When I first tried this formula I was so impressed with how pigmented the formula is and how easy it blended into my face base makeup. As you can see above this blush gave my complexion the perfect pop of colour. Now I really need to add more shades to this collection.

Today we have gathered together to pay our respects to the last EVER big Huda Beauty eyeshadow palette! That's right people, this is the last year we are getting a holiday collection including a 18 pan eyeshadow palette! (and I am so aware I am writing this post in Feb 2025 and yet I've owned this palette since Nov 2024).

I have been collecting the big Huda Beauty palettes for 5 years + now and out of all the formulas Huda releases in various eyeshadow palettes, this palette always has the best pay off. To this day the Naughty Nude eyeshadow palette is by far my favourite in terms of colour story. It had a gorgeous range of burgundy's, browns and golden tones. The last palette in this collection is called the Ice Nude Eye Palette,£62.00. Out of all the palettes we have seen before this is by far the most cool toned colour story we have seen. If you are a fan of silver toned shimmers this palette could be your favourite.

Now I'm going to be honest, since I've had this palette for a few months, I have to admit I don't use this colour story as much as I use the other palettes. Like I enjoy the cool tones in this palette but I feel like the matte tones should of been more cool instead of mixing a few warm tones in the palette. I'm happy I got the palette to complete my collection and the silver shimmer shades do come in handy but I feel like if I left it a little while instead of getting it when it came out I may have skipped this one.

I feel like we all get lost in the hype of new makeup releases and feel like we have to have them. But sometimes what you find fun in the moment isn't what you're going to use long term. Looking at the colour story of the palette I think the cool tones and silver shimmers are different enough to justify having several in the palette however I would of personally saved the warm tones for another palette and included more cool toned matte shades. If you like a cool toned palette I would really recommend you checking out the Rose Quartz Eyeshadow Palette. The Rose Quartz palette has the perfect mix of cool toned shades and various cool toned shimmers to create so many different looks.

TikTok - Make Your Day

As we all know during Christmas there are so many holiday collections released it’s honestly hard to keep track! But today I had to show you one of my favourite (and arguably unique from the brand) products.

Now Fenty Beauty is famous for their Gloss Bomb lip glosses but this Christmas they stepped it up and released a Gloss Bomb Swirl Twisted Lip Luminizer ,£22. This is the first time there has been a 2 colours in one Gloss Bomb and honestly I’m obsessed!

First of all love the colour combo, but what I love most is when you apply the lip gloss depending on the amount of each colour you have it can look different. Some people online have completely mixed the colours together to create this gorgeous pink shade. Personally I love the design of the product so much I’ve been using a light hand when I apply the product to keep the design intact.

New year, new fragrance?

When it comes to fragrance, I wouldn’t say I own a massive collection because I tend to just use the same thing for ages. But for Christmas I was kindly given the new Cosmic Fragrance from Kylie Jenner. The first time I smelt this fragrance I was obsessed and got a lot of compliments while walking through Boots.

Little did I know a month later it would be mine! The fragrance is described as having opening notes of star jasmine and blood orange. Heart notes of golden amber accord and red peony accord and lastly base notes of vanilla musk accord and cedarwood. Now while all that information makes sense to people who are massive fragrance fans, I just know it smells really good!

Surprisingly Kylie made her fragrance collection really affordable starting at £35+ which I think is really reasonable. I would love to know what your favourite fragrance in the comments.

Hi guys,

I love seeing what products are trending on TikTok and Instagram and lately I feel like I see Laneige lip products everywhere! When you see the packaging and cute little applicator the lip masks come with, I understand why everyone is so obsessed. Naturally I was influenced and decided to treat myself to 2 lip products from the iconic Laneige itself!

Laneige is a very famous Korean beauty / skincare brand and the last year and a half , the brand popularity has exploded! Now I am a sweet flavour kinda girl and a friend recommended 2 I should check out. In the balm range, you can purchase a Lip Glowy Balm or a Lip Mask which during this time of year you will find like 4 different lip balms in my handbag easily!

The first product I picked up was the LANEIGE LIP GLOWY BALM £17.50 in the shade, Gummy Bear. This is the perfect size lip balm to throw in your little handbag or pocket. These lip balms are designed to moisturise & nourish your lips effortlessly. Gummy Bear is by far my favourite and gives your lips a gorgeous hint of lavender which on me looks like a baby pink. Personally I love the scent of this lip balm the most because it literally smells of sweets that I had as a kid. I honestly love it so much I've already picked up another one so I don't run out.

The second product I picked up is actually one of the products that the brand is most famous for and that is the LANEIGE LIP SLEEPING MASK, £21.00. Unlike the Gummy Bear lip balm, this Lip Mask comes in a little pot with a little spatula to apply the product to your lips and it is by far the most adorable thing I have ever seen. In the Lip Mask I picked up the scent Sweet Candy and this Lip Mask is a leave-on lip mask powered by Korean skincare to soften lips while delivering intense moisture and antioxidants while you sleep.

When it gets to this time of year I hate having dried lips so like I said you'll find loads of these lip balms in my handbag! So if you're looking for a new skincare brand to try or like me you have discovered your lip balm era you should check these out!
