Yo, my name is Kim. I'm a Portland wedding photographer that spends her spare time in the kitchen, and a firm believer that good food doesn't have to be complicated.
Today I cooked in the kitchen. That's not abnormal by any means, but this time I brought my dSLR with me for the first time in years. I can't believe how long it's been since I've food blogged, but time flies when yer starting yer own business.
Officially at the point now where I need other creative outlets lest my brain explodes tho, so I'm trying to get back into the saddle!
Started today by documenting my first attempt at making pumpkin seed butter. It was awesome.
