Pink hair girl CPR at the lake

A chubby girl with pink hair named… Wait, what’s her name again? I don’t know. And it doesn’t really matter =) She decided to go for a swim in the lake. The weather was nice and warm; nothing foreshadowed any trouble. She came here to swim every weekend, since she thought it was a great way to spend her time.

No one knows what happened this day. Maybe she got a cramp in her leg, or she might have gotten tangled in the water lily stems, or maybe she just had a heart attack. We don’t know the truth, though it doesn’t change anything now.

Then, with great difficulty, you pulled her body out of the water, as it turned out to be heavier than you had expected. You fill her lungs with air using an Ambu bag, then begin to compress her chest hardly and rapidly just above her stomach.

It seems her lungs and stomach are filled with water, which gushes out of her mouth like a fountain with every compression! Just how much water did she swallow?? You continue CPR, watching the stream of water bursting out of her insides. Eventually, it stops; she’s no longer vomiting, and you increase the compression rate from 15 to 30. At some point, she starts to cough slightly, which means you’re on the right way and you need to continue CPR. Finally, she opens her eyes and thanks you for saving her.

Should I comment on the graphics quality here? I don't think so, but I didn't initially set out to make anything cool 😆🤪 I'm really busy developing ResusBox, learning Unity for mobile development, and creating new games; all while juggling my day job and family life. So, better to have something new than nothing at all.

New Project - Area 731

I've started working on a new project, "Area 731." This project will develop in parallel with ResusBox.

"Area 731" will also be a CPR simulator, but this one will lean toward medical sadism and experiments on the poor heroines.

You are a professor at the secret research facility "Area 731", and your job here is to conduct experiments on girls who have been kidnapped by your secret agents.

Area 731 is located on the underwater complex in international waters, and is not subject to the jurisdiction of other countries. Therefore, you're not subject to any ethical or legal rules other than those of Area 731's internal leadership.

📱Mobile game development isn't really my thing. But when I have the opportunity to save the life of a cute vampire catgirl on my phone, nothing will stop me!

The game has a very simple and boring UI with standard buttons. No fancy icons, just rect buttons with labels 😒

Interestingly, the game uses different physics than ResusBox. Specifically, you only have 5 minutes for CPR instead of the usual 10, and the score counter also works differently.

💦 What's really interesting is that the water spitting scene is a direct part of the gameplay, while in ResusBox it was just a cutscene!

Great news!

Finally I've managed to create a very interesting, dynamic arcade mechanic for ResusBox. It now features an SpO2 indicator, a score multiplier, and a star bonus; and the defibrillator's discharge power is matters. The number of shocks, breaths, and compressions are all tightly linked; the game rules have become more complex, but much more engaging than before.

And yes, ResusBox is an arcade gameplay, not a sandbox. You have to fight hard to keep the heroines alive, and arcade gameplay is irreplaceable here.

Well, if so, just know that this game hasn't quite reached its full potential yet. Because of this, I'm confident you'll definitely be interested in KM2 Launcher!

KM2 Launcher is a game still in development, based on the same model as ME-chan (specifically, "Koishi Model-2"). Despite its simple design, it's already a serious game with 15 girls and over 100 levels! It contains characters from OS-tan and Touhou Project.

There are 3 arenas in this game: drowning in the sea, drowning in the swimming pool, and a heart attack on the street. Every girl will have all three death scenarios. Interestingly, there are now two types of defibrillators in the game: classic “irons” and AEDs, which can be switched between during gameplay.

All the girls have a collection of swimsuits, you can choose any swimsuit at the water levels. On some levels you can also choose whether or not to have the girls wear stockings.

Now I'm currently considering the idea of ​​adding a new fourth arena: a hospital emergency room.

Whatever happens, if everything goes as planned, then in my opinion, it will be a very cool game, albeit with simple graphics. Moreover, in the updated version of the KM2 model, I corrected the curvature of the girls’ legs.

As of today, KM2 Launcher is 46% complete and already has a working prototype.

I'll just say that I completely forgot about this game and accidentally found it on one of my backup HDDs in January 2026.

Unfortunately, the new major update of ResusBox is still not ready and is stil in the test build stage.

The main problem is the gameplay mechanics, which are not fully thought out and seem too simple and predictable for arcade game.

The game leads you by the hand, and no matter what you do, as long as you avoid critical mistakes, you'll save the girl with a 90% chance. This is completely boring for the CPR simulator :(

On a positive note, I've improved defibrillator mechanics; now the shock power and total number of shocks will have a more unpredictable effect on the chance of going into asystole. This adds a minimal hardcore to gameplay.

But I want more! I want to get more dynamic gameplay with adjustable difficulty. Until I solve these fundamental problems, there is no point in waiting for a release.

So.... Maybe a new ResusBox will be released this summer. But I'm not making any promises.
