ok the event allegedly being called "woman's purse" (i want to have faith the wiki editors didn't just call it that arbitrarily and it's actually the name of the event ingame?) and drawing from the mom items group kind of throws a wrench in my belief that this is specifically intended to be tink's but like ..... Look at it? also i will never give up on my dream of this being a look into his life habits and being an indication that he just keeps a bunch of fucking random loose pills in his bag because i really really like the miserable picture it paints of him. even if it wasn't the creators vision i will take it as a happy accident. seriously if they wanted to go with "some random lady we dont know dropped their purse" why would you choose the exact light and slightly darker pink combo that is associated with tink. There are so many colors a generic purse could be.... or maybe it's tink transgender theory but to be honest i don't have faith they would do that. they would not think it through that well we all understand the newgrounds ass political framework this entire game is built on that shit is a joke to them at best. Hey folks. This evening i finally decided to enable console commands on my copy of the game, and learned there's a command that just lets you prompt an NPC to play any of their dialogues when you're visiting them. I've been frustrated by the lack of complete documentation on Butch's lines since the start, so long story short i kinda went into a daze and copied down everything he says in a text file by hand. You're welcome. If anyone wants to use this information to fill out the dialogue subpage on the mewgenics wiki, please feel free to do so. i would do it myself but i don't feel like going through the whole rigamarole of making an account and learning the page formatting standard and pasting every line in.. i've done enough of that for today, thank you very much. you can credit me if you want but i dont really give a shit i just wanted this information to be all in one place without having to go through what i just went though every time. that is all! i will probably not do this for the other characters unless i really feel like it for whatever reason. maybe tink but i think most of his dialogue is already documented given it's not very hard to just make a ton of kittens.

Butch: Not great. For obvious reasons. I like to think if he had a more stable living situation he could improve, but he'd still be a violent misogynist shithead who thinks washing his ass and brushing his teeth is gay. probably going to get you involved in some sort of murder or kidnapping case.

Dr. Beanies: Quite possibly the worst one, actually. Regardless of your opinion, he is going to be doing some sort of horrible experiment while you're not looking. If you try to just ignore it, you get arrested for harboring him and being an accomplice. Even if you were into what he was doing and also evil, he strikes me as egotistical and territorial, and would do everything he could to keep you under his heel at all times. if you were competing with him at all you'd probably get lobotomized. Maybe you could make this work if you're interested in being an evil henchman?

Tracy: would probably suck in a really average way. will get mad at you for not doing the dishes but also won't do the dishes. spends most of her free time getting into lengthy and pointless debates on tumblr. do not argue with her and you'll be fine. probably the safest bet of the lot but not exactly outstanding.

Baby jack: Is a child, so you'd probably end up being his legal guardian? If you're really good with kids and willing to train him out of trying to break all his bones i guess you could do worse, but if you aren't good with kids this would be a nightmare and why the hell would you pick it anyways. requires the most work from you by far but could be rewarding if you're that type of person.

Tink: My Pick. i think the worst thing about him would be the emotional turmoil he would inflict on you, depending on what kind of person you are. would probably cover the walls of any common space with pictures of himself and his cats, but if he's got good hygienic practices and does all his chores i think that's the best trade-off you're going to get here. depends how tolerant you are of a bitchy queen

Organ grinder: that is a dead body. If you're for some reason okay with that, he seems pretty amicable otherwise. but i cannot stress enough that this is an actively rotting corpse

frank: kind of just organ grinder but milder. he's nice and all but the hygiene situation is extremely questionable considering he might be some sort of alien parasite puppeting a human body of indeterminate aliveness? He seems physically unfit, but can also construct an entire room of a house overnight, and i'm not sure what to make of that. I don't trust it.

Steven: god he's just kind of a dick. he would just be mean as fuck to you. he hates himself even more than he hates you and that's saying something. pretty middling in terms of cleanliness, unsure how to rank until i get details on how difficult that black sludge he's made of is to clean off things. You think you can fix him but i highly doubt that you can.
