Teddy smiled, gazing at him for a few moments before clearing his throat and picking up his back. “I’ll see you Wednesday, then.”

Ben nodded, looking down at his work. "Yes, um. Bye."

"Fine." Teddy chuckled a little and shook his head, getting up and wandering out of the room for a minute or two. He came back in with his glasses on and smiled at Ben somewhat sheepishly.

Ben sat up on the bed, in the process of licking his lips but when he saw Teddy he froze, his eyes flitting over Teddy's face. "You are never wearing contacts again."

She nibbled the edge, trying to be ladylike about it, and assessed the taste. “I expected it to taste more like cake, but I like it.”

"It's nice isn't it? Very British. I can't believe you haven't even heard of it before."

"Thanks man." She grabbed her sketch book, "You mind if I open the curtains?"

"Go ahead," Ben muttered from behind his book.

Juliette sat there for a minute, wondering, before cutting her scone in half and putting jam on one side, clotted cream on the other and sandwiching the two sides together.

"What do you think?" Rebecca asked before taking a small bite.

"I’ll get jam ones, then." Teddy remarked. "And some ring ones too."

"Perfect," Ben muttered, smiling at Teddy from behind his desk.

"Whatever you wanna do I’m cool with." He told him with a smile.

"Thank you," Ben purred, kissing him gently.

"Yeah, I mostly wear contacts." Teddy said. "But I thought you woulda seen my glasses laying about or something."

"No! But them on, I love glasses," Ben exclaimed, sitting up.
