Hey! I’m @bennie-and-thejets. Unfortunately, that’s not my actual name. I’m open for a legal name change though

I won’t be telling you my age, but I am a minor…so don’t be weird.

I use she/her pronouns and if you wanted to know my sexuality…that’s a really good question.

I post lyrics, quotes I like, and theatre kid stuff. If you like any of the above, I think you’ll like my blog.

People say their interests on here so I guess I’ll share mine. I like musical theatre (obviously), writing, books like Percy Jackson and anything John green, playing instruments, and listening to music. My favorite artists are Elton John, the smiths, Fleetwood Mac, Black Sabbath (rip Ozzy), Tyler Childers, Lizzy McAlpine, Pheobe Bridgers, Searows, Jake Minch, Kevin Atwater, and my token white girl artist…Olivia Rodrigo.

My favorite musicals are The Outsiders, Into The Woods, Hamilton, Heathers, Ride The Cyclone, Wicked, Newsies, and 13 going on 30.

All of you people are welcome here. I love a lot of people and I have a good feeling you’ll be one of them (as cringey as that sounds) so enjoy :)

Happy Father’s Day to everyone with a dead dad, with only a step-dad, with a deadbeat dad, who have had to rely on other men to be a father figure, who are father figures, who are older brothers and are father figures, who have brothers that are father figures, with complicated relationships with their dad, with alcoholic dads, with dads that chose substances over them, with multiple dads.

You all deserve a great Father’s Day. I hope it’s awesome

I personally think the only love song in Olivia’s new album that isn’t somewhat toxic is drop dead. All the other ones have some verrrry toxic lines. Like “I had big dreams until I tied myself to you” is NOT how a healthy relationship is supposed to sound

When both couples that showed you that it wasn’t taboo to be gay and that you can be publicly gay and it be okay, break up…you kind of feel a little hopeless.

But don’t fret, Beth is not worried about her relationship because 1. Her love is not fragile 2. Her gf is super awesome and 3. Someone has to be the inspiration for the baby gays.

So when your gay moms and dads break up, don’t even worry because being a child of divorce isn’t the end of the world

Do you ever have days where you’re too tired to put on your little people pleasing facade. Cause today was one of those days for me. I don’t feel like I change my tone and facial expressions that much when trying to please people, but apparently I do. Today I was too tired to fake crap so everyone got Bitchy Beth™️
