I haven't given you guys a weight loss update for a while so here we go: I've plateaued around 85 lbs lost for the past several months. Its been really frustrating to me so today I set a new goal to work towards. By the end of this year I want to hit that 100 lbs lost milestone. I'm going to be examining all my meal and snack choices and getting back into a gym rhythm.
