Brandon Clark pleaded guilty to second-degree murder in Oneida County Court in the killing of 17-year-old Bianca Devins.

Clark, 21, of Cicero pleaded guilty with the understanding that he will receive the maximum sentence of 25 years to life.

Clark slit Devins’ throat July 14 in Utica, and then posting bloody photos of her on the Internet. He then tried to kill himself and took a selfie of himself with the body, police said.

Devins and Clark had been to a concert in New York City and were returning back to Utica when Clark allegedly got jealous and killed her. The two were friends, but not romantically involved, police and the family have said.
