Woke up feeling worried then I found myself the next second pulling out books and my journal.

I turned the music on and started writing about what I feel. Reading articles from Substack helped too.

Quote that got me today: "Solitude is one of the few environments where that direction becomes audible"

I prayed before I went to sleep — Seeking wisdom from all the thoughts that crashes me. I wanna be free from all of this ☁️
