It was like Judi had stepped into a whole new world. Guzma, for once, had actually cleaned up the place and had made it nice for her. The comforter was washed, the bed had new sheets, hell there was even a new nighstand with a tv ontop of it. Guzma was clearly in the bathroom- the door was shut and the light was on. “I’m sorry t’hear that dollface, but I had t’send you out so I could get th’ place cleaned up.” The sink was turned on and the running of water could be heard. It shut off moments afterwards and the door opened. Guzma had cleaned himself up, and just for her.

“You’ve been down lately, Toots.” He spoke up as he flipped the lightswitch off. “And granted ya boy didn’t make t’day any better by gettin’ y’soaked through and through,” He gestured to her clothes before turning around. He went into the closet and pulled out a paper bag. It was set on the bed. “I gotchu somet’in.”

He reached inside and pulled out a jacket just like his, granted it was smaller. He inspected it closely before grinning over at Judi. His thumbs ran over the soft fabric and he continued to beam. “Once y’get outta those wet clothes n’ all dried off, le’s getchu situated in this jacket, yeah?”
