This guy. He is one heck of a strong kid. He is my oldest son, 4th out of 8 siblings. We’ve seen broken bones, split chins, stepped on nails, you know - the “normal” assortment of injuries spread out amongst 8 kiddos. Maybe less - the oldest three are girls. Thursday he was helping me to load the van for @easttexasfiberfestival, along with his two older sisters. He was messing about with the dolly (goes in last and comes out first) and managed to cut off his left index finger at the nail bed. Needless to say I missed the show. After a trip to the ER, 10 hours waiting on the OR, and an emergency surgery later he is less 1/3 of his finger and this mom is ready for some boredom in her life! I am just now getting back to business, so don’t worry, the #yarngiveaway continues this week! The colorway is “Victoria” 😍 It is an absolute dream to wear!
