light-will-overcome:
She stared at the girl, so it was everyone in Stormfall that had a problem with her. Although it was tempting to ask what her problem was with her she kept walking by the girls side. Not saying a word
"So, what’s your name? What brings you to this dump?" Catalina asked as they trekked through the desert. When they reached the gate, she waved at the guards and they opened the daunting door that lead into the city’s streets.
"Oh, I’m Kairi, and what’s your name" The need to stop this girl and heal her wounds right there seemed easier than going back to that rude town of hers.
"I’m Catalina," she responded. "The clinic is just up here." They walked another block and into the crowded clinic. Many people in the lobby seemed sick or otherwise wounded. Catalina walked up to the secretary’s desk and waited patiently for the woman to look up from her paper work.
"What’d ya need?" The woman asked without even glancing up at her.
"Uh, I need some stitches, I was attacked by a Heartless," Catalina responded.
"Bite or scratch?" The woman asked in a monotone voice, still not taking her eyes off her paperwork.
"Scratch," Catalina answered, pinching her shoulder in her hand as a surge of pain went through her arm.
"Alright, please have a seat." The woman’s order wasn’t really a possibility, since all the seats were taking by other patients. Catalina stepped from the front of the desk and leaned against a wall, clenching her arm and trying not to show pain on her face.
