[ABOUT!]

Long before any human, living or dead could remember, there was a dream demon. He wasn't able to crossover into our dimension without the assistance of a resident of that dimension, and so he eventually pulled a few strings, called in a few favors and was able to get fate to aline just right to allow him to come into contact with a six fingered human. The two of them strike up a deal, Bill would assist the mortal in his thirst for knowledge and exchange, Bill would revive a body. That body being the great nephew of the brainiac.

Bill possessed the child when he was about six and was put into a mental institution two years later. The demon escaped the hospital and has been free roaming ever since.
