Look, show was great, ending was emotional, mature, and great, I cried, but at the risk of stooping to Cinema Sin style pedantics...

why wasn't a portal made? Like, they made a portal in a warehouse with almost no funding. I know they used Anne’s Calamity power to make the portal bigger, but now the government knows other dimensions exist and our entire society can generate WAY more energy then a generator the size of a small car can. Like, the ending talked about how things always change, but earth seemed to have absolutely not changed at all and people are even skeptical that a battle happened in the middle of LA, the second largest city in America.

Remember the ending of Monsters Inc. where sully got too see Boo again, shit was still emotional AF.
