Sometimes, it's hard for me to find the silver lining to a lot of things. I know there is one though. I think I disregard the little things easily and take them for granted because when you're surrounded by hardships and grief, they're hard to see.

These are some positive things that have happened this week:

I've been surrounded by family and laughter.

I got a lash lift

I tried a new restaurant in Bogotá

I got some cute pictures taken of me

Most of my family is healthy

I got auburn highlights

I got a manicure and pedicure

I had good pizza today

I'm rewatching GIRLS

I've been sleeping really well and I've been feeling more energized in the mornings.

I deserve to forgive myself, I deserve to accept love into my life, I deserve to be treated gently, I deserve to be respected, I deserve everything I desire simply because I exist. 2026 is the beginning of something truly great.
