well it looks like emerald springs just got a little bit bigger, the newest member ( vernon moniot ) just moved in today, no one knows much about ( him ) aside from the fact they’re a ( one hundred two / twenty one ) year old ( witch with blinking, healing, and immortality ). word on the street says they’re a dead ringer for ( daniel sharman ), and judging from the way they can be ( + courageous ) they’d be alright to get along with, but i’ve heard they’re ( - enigmatic ) and that’s sure to cause some trouble in town. I hate asking this because I know you guess if a species page but it wasnt much help. Other than simple flickering the lights on and off, do ghost have any other powers? Like can they walk through things or become invisible? I understand doing those things would probs take energy and be harder for a younger ghost to do. Also ghost are stuck in town right? And had it have died in town yes?

WALKING through things and being visible is a part of the whole being able to become corporeal. The light thing is basically the same with all electronic devices. They get a bit funny for ghosts. Yeah, they can’t stray far from their bodies, so where they were buried, a couple of kms at most.
