I’m watching “Katrina: Come Hell and High Water” on Netflix
I did a solo trip in the US at the end of last year; I went to New York, New Orleans and Chicago. Out of those three cities, New Orleans was the one where I stayed the longest in because I knew I would love it and it absolutely did not disappoint
Let me tell you: there’s no place like it. I did a lot of exploring in and around the city; went on different tours and visited a lot. I have traveled quite a bit in my life, and it wasn’t the first time I traveled to the US. (Believe it or not, I love the US even though I don’t agree with what’s currently happening politically. But what you hear about a country isn’t necessarily what you will experience once you’re there and you’re talking to the people and trying trying to understand the history of the places you’re visiting. I believe you have to accept your travel destinations for what they are - and appreciate them)
The feeling that I got while being in New Orleans is something that I never experienced anywhere else in my life. The people are amazingly welcoming. The food is unreal. There’s a special energy about that city. The people in New Orleans are so resilient and special… It’s completely different than any other city in the US.

CF: I do, the first race I went to was '98 in Monza, on a package holiday. Me and two lads in a dodgy hotel sharing the same room, flying Ryanair. That was the V10s back then, you know? And the Schumachers... both brothers, first and third, Eddie Irvine came second. So, I've loved it since then, man, I love this.
MB: Oh, you're right into it, you know everything about it (?)
CF: It's mega to be here!
MB: And who's your money on today?
CF: Ah, I'd have to say the obvious and say Kimi, but it's great to see Lando coming back a bit, he had a great sprint quali and a great sprint, so it's great to see him coming back. I love seeing Max figuring out the Red Bull, you know? But take Kimi for the win, yeah.
