I hate to admit that I've been struggling with this weird phobia since I was 6. I thought it was all gone, that I dealt with it quite well in those past 2 years but here it goes again making my life so miserable. I just want to feel normal, hang out with my friends and maybe be able to have a drink without thinking constantly that I'm going to throw up. I'd like to travel by car without having to stop the car every 5 minutes or I'd like to eat all kinda food without worrying.
