How has someone not tried to make this sooner? SmartPacifier looks like they started working on this in 2022. If you want this thing to be a reality, go to their Twitter and consider joining their Patreon or, at the least, just let them know they are doing something that is kinda amazing and would be a huge success when it's developed.

Maybe a big company like ABU or LittleforBig will pick this up and mass produce it? What else do you think would be a fun toy concept for AB/DLs to enjoy? Let me know, let @Smartpacifier know, let Santa know too for good measure!
