EXPLOSIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
|| Light up the Sky ||
Lightning didn’t show one ounce of fear, even when the pulsian’s tone became one anyone else would have heeded and backed off— because everyone knew just what Fang was capable of. But she was used to it, especially having dealt with have the woman living in her house for the past several weeks. No, the roseate wasn’t daunted in the least by those threats, and instead simply shifted both hands upwards to gently cup her lover’s face.
"Hmn… I think your problem is that you need a bit of attention. Perhaps if you came back to bed with me, I could do something about it.” A small smile tugged at the corner of her mouth, right before she pulled the huntress down to seal the space between their lips. The kiss was soft, gentle even and with no hint of teasing like she had been doing minutes before. Rather, Lightning was giving her a bit of real affection before she was sure to resort back into her somewhat vixen-ish ways.
Her stomach dropped as her words only egged the roseate on further, turning completely rigid as lips met her own. The urge to instantly push further lingered at the front of her mind yet something seemed to pull her back, almost worried about ruining everything with a simple gesture. So instead she exhaled shakily into those rosy lips and allowed her arms to snake around the alabaster frame.
Regardless of the softness they were currently experiencing there was the small part that just knew this little game wasn't over, going on that instinct as she began to drag her slowly backwards. Hanging around the soldier for so long had definitely bought its perks, one of these being the ability to read one another like an open book though holding such dangerous potential. The pulsian was unable to help the growl that slipped into her assailants mouth along with the tentative bite towards Lightning's lower lip. Fang certainly wasn't kidding when she said she didn't like not getting what she wanted.

What a big idiot.. Lightning inwardly thought to herself, as she shifted slightly where she stood propped up against the wall with arms crossed over her chest. In all honestly, she had barely moved away from the bathroom at all, instead waiting to see how the pulsian would react to her abrupt departure. And if the expression she had glimpsed before leaving the bathroom was any indication, she was sure Fang would eventually snap from her obvious sexual frustrations.
Oh, but that was the beauty of it all. This was payback on an extreme level, for just how the huntress had teased and tortured her for the longest the night before.. The soldier had sworn revenge, and Etro be damned if she wasn’t going to have a little more fun before giving Fang even an ounce of what she craved for. She waited patiently there while the woman inside finished her own shower, and only when she heard the soft sounds of feet moving towards the door did the tiger pounce once more— coming up behind the pulsian and wrapping strong arms around her waist, so casually that it almost came off like she was acting like nothing had happened a few minutes before. “You look as frustrated as you sound, Fang. What’s the problem~?”
She didn't quite expect the girl to suddenly appear so quickly, both hands effortlessly finding the door frame as she held herself up. Jade hues fluttered closed as she continued to keep herself somewhat steady, inhaling through her nose and out through her mouth "sunshine.." she spoke in a dangerous tone, one only a yun huntress could possibly muster up from the depths of her stomach "yer playin' with fire.. an yer gonna get burned." although she silently enjoyed the surprisingly gentle touch that fire within her was beyond control, perhaps cuddles would be necessary after--
The pulsian wanted to behave, Etro she would be much happier if she were to simply force that horrible need as far away as she possibly could, but the way Lightning was acting? She was going to turn and pin her so hard it would knock the wind out of her. "What d'ya think is my problem!?" she turned around to face the other, briefly glad her complexion was dark enough to hide any kind of blush that may have attempted to creep its way over her cheeks as her face ended up merely inches from her soldiers.
|| Light up the Sky ||
Lightning would be lying if she said this sight wasn’t thoroughly enjoyable for her; having the proud huntress squirming and writhing for her touch alone. The thought itself was more than enough to keep that smirk etched upon her face, even as she ground her knee hard against Fang the more she moved her hips in defiance.
But just as soon as all this had started, it came to a grinding halt— as one second the soldier was pinning the pulsian against the shower wall, and the next she had slipped out of the shower to hover in the now open doorway… Still very much wet from her shower, and equally as bare with a look on her face that practically screamed that she knew exactly what Fang wanted. “I suppose I should let you enjoy your shower, Yun.” A pause, before she started to disappear into the hall towards her bedroom. “—The bathroom isn’t the best place for what you have in mind.. Or what I do, for that matter~”
Fuck the maker. This could not be happening. She was hot, she was aching, and that damn woman had the nerve to pick up and leave all the while pulling an expression like that!? Part of her was unsure if she was going to make it through the day, her crotch aching for some kind of touch. Briefly, she considered fixing the problem herself. To slip her hand down between her thighs and put that horrible urge to rest.
But she just couldn't bring herself to do it.
Knowing it would alleviate the problem but not quite fix it just wasn't as satisfying as she knew the other would leave her feeling. Having those pink tresses-- she grunted lowly. Not the best train of thought to be having right now, "Fuck you, princess" she muttered, deciding to at least wash herself off since she was in the shower now anyway. It didn't take long to go about her business, rinsing off her body and stepping out only to find she was lacking a towel, wonderful.
|| Light up the Sky ||
"Don’t like not getting what you want, hm?" The soldier repeated, her tone dropping an octave into a nearly irresistible coo as the arm holding Fang in place shifted away— only for both hands to move just as fast as her namesake, and pin both of the pulsian’s wrists by the sides of her head.
That’s when Lightning smirked dangerously, right before nipping rather roughly at the other’s bottom lip with a low growl vibrating against the back of her throat. “Is that all you want? I’m so sorry.. Here, let me help you with that.” And just as those last few words were uttered, the roseate not-so-gently wedged a firm knee in between Fang’s thighs— showing that she definitely wasn’t playing any games with the woman.
Etro above the things that tone was doing to her, unable to hide the more obvious shudder that followed suit. She automatically leant into the tug with a husky snarl, ensuring the look between them never broke, not even for a second.
That bratty demeanour she so quickly adopted was discarded in an instant, unable to halt the particularly audible moan that broke free as the Pulsians eyes squeezed shut. Although rather obvious, Fang was ridiculously worked up by the others suddenly dominating persona, wanting to spur her on as far as she possibly could. Along with shaky exhales, jade hues opened once again, tentatively rocking her hips as if bracing for the other to scold her for moving in any way other than what she deemed acceptable.
|| Light up the Sky ||
A thin brow quirked upwards just slightly at the pulsian’s response, though her expression remained the same. Oh, she most definitely wasn’t going to be buying that lame excuse, and the woman should have known better to even try and cover up her true intentions.
"—I’m not dumb, Yun.” She growled under her breath, as her face inched just a bit closer to the huntress’ own; which only seemed to intensify the predatory gleam in beryl eyes. “If you had been wanting to save water, you would have tried this when you first started staying here.. So what’s the real reason you felt the need to sneak in here, hm?” And it had better be good, as the tiger was more than ready to make a full course meal out of her pulsian prey.
Fang swallowed thickly as she shivered lightly beneath the womans intense hold, wanting nothing more to simply blurt out whatever it was in her head right now. She was in trouble, that much was a given, deciding to give in just slightly.
"W--well.." why was she stuttering-- "how bout you take a guess, princess? Like y' said, you ain't dumb~" Oh she was asking for it, but the words seemed to just spill into the short gap between them, leaning forward to make a subtle biting motion as a smirk etched over her lips, how far could she push the other? Perhaps it was time to test such a curiosity?
"But.. y' really wanna know?" her voice shifted to a husky purr, her lips never pulling back as she spoke close to the soldiers ear "don't like not gettin' what I want"

If anyone had doubted the soldier’s namesake at this very moment, they would have been quite surprised at just how fast she whipped around— with a forearm shoved into the pulsian’s neck without warning and pinning her against the smooth tiled wall of the shower. It was an automatic reflex built into her system from years of drill-training, one that simply couldn’t be helped.
Beryl hues dangerous locked onto jade, until the realization slowly dawned on her and Lightning’s expression shifted from murderous rage to… Something far different. There was a flicker in azure depths as they narrowed, becoming predatory in the sense of how she glared Fang down. They stayed like that for a few minutes, with the only sound between them being the shower as the warm water pelted both porcelain and olive skin alike.
Finally a small huff escaped, albeit an irritated sounding one. “You have five seconds to tell me what the hell you’re doing in here, before you regret whatever decision led you in here, Fang.”
The huntress was impressed to say the least at the womans ridiculous speed, letting out a low hiss as her head collided harshly with cold porcelain behind her. Briefly, she considered perhaps making up a rather embarrassing excuse saying she had completely forgotten this was the bathroom! Though.. part of her highly doubted the soldier would let it slide, not now, anyway.
Instead she left her eyes locked in the intense gaze even long after the other had spoke, finding herself lost for words as her tongue instead grazed over her lower lip. That slight shift in her visage had not gone unnoticed, deciding to draw it out further as she cleared her throat slightly
"Hn.." she exhaled slightly "'m.. savin' water..?"
that was the best excuse she had!? That would certainly need some work in the near future.
|| Light up the Sky ||
Lightning paused long enough to catch Fang leaving, and simply raised a brow. “Well, alright then. Just make sure to leave me something when you’re done.” She called after her, before returning to gather up the last few articles of clean clothes. Only then did she leave the bedroom as well, except her stop was none other than the bathroom a bit further down the hall near the stairs.
The door was opened then shut behind her, but not locked, and the soldier dropped her small pile on the counter before stepping over to the shower to start the water. Then she waited for a bit until the temperature was perfect, and slipped inside to start scrubbing herself clean of the day’s activities so far.
Fang lulled around in the kitchen as she could hear the water running upstairs, the hissing and splatters barely audible from the distance she was away. Though her brain didn't cease in reminding her the soldier was completely bare, every inch of her showing as the warm water cascaded over her pale skin.
It was too much for her to bear. After taking a drink, she slammed the cup into the sink, growling as she headed back upstairs and found herself face to face with the bathroom door. Shaky fingertips grasped the doorknob before giving it a light press, her stomach dropping as she realized it was in fact, unlocked, nice call, sunshine.
Making close to little noise, she carefully opened and shut the door once again, her eyes able to make out the slender frame behind the shower curtain as she exhaled slowly. Wasting no time in discarding her own garments the woman took her chances with slipping in behind the roseate, praying to Etro she didn't cop a punch in the head "boo~" she husked, her lips almost grazing the nape of her neck.
|| Light up the Sky ||
Beryl hues rolled in their sockets, as Lightning gave her pulsian companion a slight push at her teasing. “—Shut up, you idiot.” Of course, that was said with the faintest of smiles tugging at the corners of her mouth. It was becoming far to common an occurrence as well— but one might chalk it up to being around Fang as much as she had been lately.
Either way, she lingered next to the woman a bit longer… More so because of the added warmth, before finally pulling herself up to stretch bare arms over her head. Fingertips lightly touched the skin of her arm then, noticing the dampness that still clung to it stubbornly from the heated encounter from earlier. “Hn… I think I’m going to take a shower.” As she said that, Lightning had already gotten off the bed and started searching for a fresh set of clothes to don for the rest of the day when she was done.
It would have been a lie if Fang had of said she wasn't slightly irritated at the others sudden departure, leaning up onto her elbows with a slightly frazzled expression over her features. She wanted to call out and ask, almost beg her to stay, but the pair didn't exactly know what this was and she was, for lack of a better word, scared to ruin the possibilities.
So with that she bit her tongue, a slight growl echoing in her chest as she folded her arms idly behind her head, "Hn... sure thing Sunshine, I'm gonna go grab somethin' t' eat or somethin'." Amazed at her own ability to behave for once in her life, she slipped out of the bed and grabbed her previous garments of clothing, trying not to stare at her rose haired lover as she awkwardly moseyed downstairs, that heat still rearing its obnoxious head.
|| Light up the Sky ||
There’s another small groan as the soldier nuzzles a bit further into that bronzed neck, still attempting in vain to fall back into her peaceful slumber alongside the woman— and eventually, after finally giving it up for a loss cause, did beryl hues crack open once more. Lightning yawned then, but made no move to shift away from the huntress’ embrace just yet.
"—It’s kind of hard not to be up with the sun in my face… But, yeah I am.” She replied softly, while her body stirred under the sheets a bit while in the process of gathering energy to get back up and resume the day.
Naps were something the Pulsian hadn't partaken in for quite a long time. Sure, when they were all adventuring as a group she would take any chance possible, but now? It was a rare luxury between work and keeping her apartment in one piece. So it was really nice. Having someone to wake up beside, and having that someone as gorgeous as this-- that train of thought would have to wait.
"S'pose yer right" she cracked her neck ever so slightly, finding herself more awake the more they spoke "ya sleep alright? Or do I gotta hug ya some more~"
"yeah yeah, y’ never really had the mind of a child but you got the build, which makes ya kid.”
"The frightening matter of the fact is, I am not quite sure if I am getting out of this predicament…"
"'S a real shame, if you need me t' get anythin' off the top shelf I'm yer gal" she placed her elbow on the boys head "seriously though, the hells happened?"

"well well well, fancy seein' you here Sunshine"
"Well well well, how ya doin, kid”
"Fang, by all means, at least treat me with the decency of an adult. Clearly my mentality is adherent with my actual age."
"yeah yeah, y' never really had the mind of a child but you got the build, which makes ya kid."
"Well…this is inconvenient."

Fang had begun to concentrate on her breathing rather than anything else, the room slightly spinning as she let out an awkward splutter from her throat. Her arms snaked rather protectively around the womans middle. Right now, nothing and nobody was going to hurt her lover, ensuring she would do everything in her power to keep her safe.
Her nose gently brushed through rose tinted tresses, fingertips gently drawing idle patterns against her skin as it gradually began to cool down after their ordeal. Not wanting her to be cold, she dragged the blanket up and around the two of them, softly closing her eyes as she too slid into a light state of sleep.
It was only a couple hours later that the soldier began to stir from her slumber, and as she did the familiar warmth radiating off of Fang’s body greeted her. But for once she didn’t immediately recoil from her like she had several times in the past. Instead, she curled back into her side as close as possible since they had parted slightly in their sleep, and sighed contently.
A few more minutes passed like this before azure hues finally cracked open, though shutting just as fast from the mid-afternoon sun pouring in through the window above the bed’s headrest. In her eagerness to block it out, her face turned and buried itself within the shadowy confines of the pulsian’s neck with a groan— not even aware if her partner was even up or not. …Stupid horribly placed window.
Hearing the soft groan certainly stirred the pulsian from her mindless state, a grunt following suit from the blaring sun. Her body had finally recalled its flushed state as she instead let a soft smile grace her features, glancing down to check on the soldier who had buried herself close "Nn.. sunshine" she muttered, finding no real point behind the statement.
Hands shuffled back around her perfectly toned body, exploring the dips and arches of the muscles as they shifted ever so slightly in her back. She was soft, a trait never thought the other would hold given her cold and stern demeanour "yer up..?" she murmured, voice still husky from her previously sleeping form.
