As you may or may not know, Walmart buys their pork from farms like this one, who keep their animals, mostly mother pigs, in gestation crates. Gestation crates are metal cages just big enough for the animal to fit inside. Most crates are not even big enough for the animal to turn around in. In most cases, these animals are kept in these conditions for their entire lives. It might not mean much to you, but to them it’s their entire lives. Please don’t continue to buy into this unbelievable cruelty.

HOW YOU CAN HELP: 1.) Go to Walmart’s Facebook page and tell them you won’t tolerate what they are doing, and that it is not okay. 2.) Raise awareness. Share this and post about it yourself. Let people know what’s going on. Part of the problem with things like these things is that many people have no idea it is happening. 3.) DON’T FORGET ABOUT IT. Nothing will get better if we just look in the other direction and pretend we saw nothing.
