Rimel, born in 1984, Rouen, France.

I started taking pictures at the end of 2008, I learned everything by myself, I quickly realized that I could divert and capture my camera to create images beyond photography.

I started by making self-portraits because it was an easy way: full control on time, ideas, (no) limits, model, and then because I never had the idea of ​​being a "proper" photographer even though I work with a camera. I just wanted to create images as one might do in painting or drawing.

I love what I do, I have this feeling that I found my way, not only by self-portraits but beyond in creating, I feel I have so much to tell in this way. I hope in the near future to create a lot of new artworks and more...
