quick idea for caregivers with depressed littles

if your little is expressing that they don't like the way they look or that they're unsatisfied with their appearance, suggest a game; you say one thing about them you find attractive or cute, and they say one thing about themselves they find attractive or cute. if they can't think of anything, suggest them saying a talent they have.

my little and i played the game, and it ended up working very well. she seemed a lot happier after that.

so it's something i recommend strongly for building self-confidence in your little one.
