Welcome to the BloodPop! AU
Hi everyone! I know a lot of people make Bloodmoney/HEP AUs, so I figured that I should throw mine into the ring! It’s called BloodPop!
Basically, this AU takes place during HEP. After about 3 days in the simulation, Harvey gets a bunch of strange messages sent to him by an anonymous person. These messages warn him about the game and what it’s doing to him. After pestering him over and over and over, Harvey cracks. He manages to free himself from the simulation without ending his life. Confronting Eun-Mi about her plans and what she was doing. Ultimately ending up with him divorcing her and having split custody of Toby.
Alone, traumatized, and with almost no money, Harvey is a shell of his former self. One day, he hears a song on a nearby radio. Prompting him to start singing along. Little did he know, someone very special would find him and change his life.
An older man named Marcel, who hears Harvey singing and listens to him. He tells Harvey that he has a gift for song, and asks him to consider being a singer. Desperate, Harvey accepts.
Surprisingly, Harvey finds himself really enjoying being a pop star. On stage, singing and dancing for a crowd of adoring fans. Marcel is his manager who handles the songs, concert bookings, and making sure live shows go off without a hitch. Marcel’s daughter, Lilac, is the person who designs the merchandise and makes Harvey’s outfits. This life was not what Harvey thought, but he enjoys it so much.
