But wasn't sure how best to support because the fact remains, after all the hash tags etc... someone has lost a daughter. Our thoughts are with Sandra's mother, who was also her friend. Our hearts also go out to friends around the world who have lost a loved one in such a way and those who may see this post who have recently lost a loved one. @cephaswilliams _ The world set you up to have a selfish agenda. _ I have an idea, it's called, "What's mine is yours". But it's very hard to grow this idea in a world were everyone goes into things because of what they will get not what they can give. Think of the most famous person to you right now, if they called you right now, you may well stop everything your doing to entertain their conversation, if your business minded, you may even try to grab the opportunity to work with them.. Some people may even drop their phone in shock. Now, if this famous person reached out to you to work with you or even to just talk, many of us may take up the opportunity without even thinking twice. But if someone with no apparent fame reaches out you block the opportunity in isolation of conversation. So I ask myself, Why is this the case? There are many answers, money being a big one. But why? Take Obama for example, before he was Obama, he was still Obama.. Can you even start to understand the amount of people that passed up opportunities to work with him, not knowing he will be where he is today? Or take drake, take David Cameron, Take Kevin Hart, Take Richard Brandson, Take the biggest angel investor right now.. I picked a few and random to relate to the different people that may read this post.. The idea is, before any of these people reached the platform they are on currently in the public eye, they where not known, just like me and you. The next Obama is probably somewhere on Instagram right now, trying to work with people and make things happen for whatever he or she is currently doing, not knowing that one day they'll be the president of the United States.. The fact is, not everything will seem relevant to you, but analyze how you would act, react and respond to the things that are. Take those characteristics and respond in this way to the homeless person you meet tomorrow, or the next person to reach out to you. This is not to say, we must work with everyone, but perhaps try to be more selfless towards one another.
