Hello! Are you guys still planning to have a leftovers sale once any outstanding issues are dealt with? Your zine and merch look really, incredibly lovely and I'm so sad to have missed the pre-order period.
Yes we are! We’ve had a couple of issues with items going missing in the post so we want to make sure that everyone has their packages before putting up any remaining things for sale just in case things need replacing.
We’ll make an announcement when the store is re-opened for the leftovers!

Today is the last day to tell us if you've had any issues receiving your packages as after today we'll be listing the remaining zines and merch for sale, so we won't be able to guarantee we can fix any issues!
I’ve been working on the last of my zine pieces and new merch for AnimeNYC so I haven’t had the chance to post any new work. However, I can finally post my full piece of the @bnhacatcafe! I’m so happy our team raised £1000 for the Blue Cross, a charity based in the UK who helps sick, injured, and homeless pets! Thank you to the mods and wonderful people who made it happened 💙🐾

Please allow up to 30 days for orders to arrive as it can take that long for international orders to ship.If you don't receive your order by September 30th please let us know!
All leftover stock will be put up for sale on September 30th after we confirm we don't need to send out replacements for lost or damaged orders.
any updates?? yall mentioned, after making sure digi's kitty was okay, that you'd be packing things up the weekend following the 15th of Aug. to ship out that coming week? i haven't gotten an email yet for my bundle being shipped yet and that weeks passed already. :( i hope everything's doing okay and that there wasn't another emergency (mostly bc i dont wish anyone to go through that in general).
Hi there! Thanks for being understanding! Everything has been a bit of chaos since the kitty emergency, amongst other general life issues, but you’ll be pleased to know that we’ve packed up and labelled all orders today and they’ll be dropped off at the post office tomorrow!
If anyone else is worried about Sencha then you’ll also be happy to know he’s mostly fully recovered and back to being his usual cheeky asshole self!

Thanks again for your patience everyone! All plans other than rushing my cat to the vet had to be put on hold when I had to take him in due to a blocked bladder. But as you can see Sencha is fine now, and we're aiming to package up orders this weekend to ship next week!
PSA for anyone who owns a cat: If they’re struggling to pee, take them to a vet immediately. Anything bladder related can be quickly fatal to cats, and thankfully I caught Sencha’s fast enough that there wasn’t a lot of damage.
Now he’s home, packing can resume! Please keep an eye on your emails next week for the shipping notification via BigCartel. Any concerns or if you’ve changed your address since then please get in touch!

When are you shipping everything else out? It’s been almost a month with no updates.
We had an issue with our badge manufacturor taking far longer than expected to make the badges. They’re now with us and will be shipped out as soon as we can!
Both of us mods didn’t expect these delays so the shipping process has overlapped with our IRL plans and issues, but we’re both working very hard to try and get things packaged up and shipped promptly!
